By accessing and using the Crio platform and related services, you agree to all the terms of use (available here: https://www.crio.do/terms), privacy policy (available here: https://www.crio.do/privacy-policy) and all the terms listed below.
To help you make the most of the program, review the list of resources you have access to below. If you have any questions, please email us at support@criodo.com.

- Project-based learning curriculum: Our world-class project-based curriculum is designed to help you get the most effective learning outcomes.
- This includes Bytes, Micro-Experiences, Buildouts and DSA packs related to your program.
- Adaptive hints are made available to unblock you when you are stuck.
- Quizzes are included after every module to test your understanding.
- Comprehensive test suites ensure that you are always going in the right direction.
- Approach videos are included to help you get started with the basic project structure.
- Detailed references are included to help you take your learning further.
- A knowledge base and a discussion forum: are available through Crio Help Centre (https://help.crio.do) to provide useful references to enhance your learning outcomes and to provide peer-assisted learning.
- Sprint resources: Crio learning programs are delivered through Sprints. Sprint resources include websites that list the sprint schedule, curriculum, slide decks, session recordings and more.
- External resources: We might refer to and/or use external (third-party) resources as supplementary materials during your learning program.
- Terms of use
- You will have lifetime access to all learning resources listed above that are related to your program either on the Crio platform or in any other manner of offline access enabled post program duration.
- Unauthorised access and sharing of Crio learning resources externally or with third parties is strictly prohibited.
Mentoring and Assistance
- Crio Sprints: They are generally 4-week long cohort-based courses through which Crio programs are delivered.
- Sprints consist of live learn-by-doing sessions, take-home assignments and assessments, peer-discussion groups for active collaboration, and live Q&A sessions to clarify doubts.
- Your program could include up to 15 sprints or more. The sequence of sprints is determined at the start of your program.
- You can request changes to your sprint sequence at any time by writing to us at support@criodo.com or through the platform.
- To progress from one sprint to the next, you must complete all sprint tasks and projects within the allotted time. If not, we may request you to repeat the sprint. This is to ensure that you have all the necessary learning outcomes and prerequisite skills before you start future sprints.
- Live learn-by-doing sessions
- Live learn-by-doing sessions are used to introduce you to various concepts related to your program and help you get hands-on experience.
- The sprint-wise session schedule is published at the start of each sprint.
- All live sessions are conducted only in English.
- It is mandatory to attend all live sessions to get the full benefit of your learning program. If you are unable to attend some (or all) sessions for any reason, recordings will be made available.
- We may share additional pre-recorded videos to complement your learning experience.
- Live sessions might be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances. We will try to give you as much advance notice as possible in such cases and publish a revised schedule to make up for missed sessions.
- We work with a wide network of accomplished expert mentors to conduct live sessions. As such, we are unable to accommodate requests to change mentors or the session schedule during an ongoing sprint. Crio reserves the right to replace mentors and/or revise the sprint schedule due to any unforeseen circumstances.
- We will also host multiple live Q&A sessions every week to clarify any technical questions that might arise during a sprint. You are encouraged to take advantage of these sessions to not only resolve your doubts but also learn from your peers’ questions. Attendance in Q&A sessions is optional.
- Crio Help Centre is where you can post your queries and get technical and administrative support during your learning program.
- Knowledge base is a key part of Crio Help Centre where detailed reference articles are constantly published. Special note: you will have lifetime access to the knowledge base.
- A discussion forum is also available on Crio Help Centre where you can access all queries posted by past learners. This might help you find a resolution to your questions much quicker. You might also discover alternative approaches to solve common problems. Note: you will have lifetime access to the discussion forum.
- While Crio mentors and teaching assistants are available to clarify your doubts, some responses might be structured in a way to help you arrive at a solution on your own. This is in keeping with Crio’s learn-by-doing philosophy.
- Sprint-wise live support hours may vary. Please check the sprint website for the up-to-date support hours for your sprint. Any changes to the support hours will be communicated through the standard communications channels.
- 1:1 mentoring sessions
- You will have access to 1:1 mentoring sessions to resolve your queries. Such 1:1 mentoring sessions are strictly supplemental to the live learn-by-doing sessions (and not replacements to them).
- We might request you to attend live sessions, review recordings and/or go through other resources prior to clarifying your queries in a 1:1 session.
- We might limit the number of 1:1 sessions you can request on a weekly basis to ensure equitable mentor access to all learners.
- We are unable to address any queries outside Crio’s curriculum in 1:1 sessions or through any other support channel.
- Peer discussion groups: Peer collaboration is a critical component of the Crio learning experience. In cohort-based sprints, it is likely that many of your peers have similar questions. Brainstorming ideas to solve problems leads to superlative learning outcomes and learning experiences.
- To facilitate collaboration, we will create dedicated peer discussion groups for each sprint.
- Avoid asking for and/or sharing solutions in peer groups as it might diminish the learning experience of your peers. This goes against the learn-by-doing principle.
- All discussions in peer groups must be related to the sprint curriculum. Please avoid posting off-topic messages as they dilute group quality and efficacy.
- Customer success team: Crio’s customer success team will engage with you throughout your learning program to ensure that you participate in the learning process, keep pace with your cohort-based sprints and to ensure you have the best possible learning experience with us.
- You will receive timely announcements and reminders for all live sessions, take-home assignments and any pending work that is overdue.
- If you are ahead of your sprint cohort, we can help you move faster and complete the entire program sooner. This could result in earlier and differentiated referrals.
- If you are lagging behind, we will work with you to create a custom recovery plan to help you get back on track and complete the sprints on schedule.
- Terms of use
- Resources listed above will be accessible for the duration of your program
- Unauthorised access and sharing of Crio mentoring resources externally or with third parties is strictly prohibited.

- Run-time and space complexity (performance) tests are also included.
- You will have lifetime access to the online DSA problem-solving interface.
- Third-party platforms: we might use third-party platforms to deliver your learning program.
- This includes platforms such as freeCodeCamp.org, codewars.com, replit.com, codesandbox.io, netlify and more.
- You might have to create a (free) account on these platforms to get access to all the features required for your Crio learning program.
