• 2 years with NETSCOUT designing/implementing the End to End Call Trace Product for Service Providers.
• 6 years with NETSCOUT (Tektronix/Newfield Wireless) Product Management, designing/enhancing the TrueCall product.
• 7 years with Motorola, building CDMA, WiMAX and LTE simulators for functional/performance testing of our products.
• Experience gathering customer requirements, providing technical expertise, training and resolving issues for Tier 1 and Tier 2 Telecom Operators around the globe (T-Mobile US, USCC, Reliance Jio, TWM, Smartfren Indonesia, SPARK NZ etc.).
